Trainee Negotiators
Are you a graduate / school leaver and feel that you should be part of our future growth and success? Our Trainee Negotiators are given detailed instructions and guidance on how to become an outstanding Estate Agent. You should thrive in a busy environment and have superb communication skills and have some experience in a sales/Lettings led environment. You will need to be enthusiastic, highly energetic and have the ability to grow rapidly in the business.

Fast paced, driven, dynamic, do you have the charm, perseverance and dedication to thrive in a busy sales environment? As a Sales or a Negotiator you’ll need these qualities and more.
Understanding the needs of buyers/sellers and you will be able to build great rapport with your clients. Working as part of a team, you will also need a competitive edge and have excellent communication skills.
